Biddeford Blankets Warranty Policy

Biddeford Blankets' products are warranted for five years.  This warranty covers the electric controller, the cords, and the blanket itself.  This warranty does not cover abuse, accident, damage resulting from failure to follow instructions, or modifications to the unit not carried out by the manufacturer.  Defective blankets must be returned to Biddeford Blankets.  The warranty is only valid if the Warranty Registration Form or the Warranty Registration Card at the back of the user's manual has been filled out and submitted to Biddeford Blankets within 30 days of purchase.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.  All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.  If you will be sending your product to Biddeford Blankets for Warranty Service, please click the link below to request a Return Authorization Number from Biddeford Blankets Customer Service before sending your product.
